Chalon Conciergerie is neither a concierge company, nor an agency, nor a national franchise. It is a media platform and an independent directory covering the short-term rental market in Chalon-sur-Saône and Greater Chalon. Here is what defines our editorial stance.

Every published figure comes from a public source (SIRENE INSEE, DVF Etalab, ADEME, Atout France, Wikidata, Open-Meteo, Hub'Eau). No private database, no unaudited proprietary data.

Our revenue is a referral commission paid by partner concierges and third-party services, never by the property owner. Status compliant with article L. 121-1 of the French Consumer Code, disclosed on every partner page.

Routing to a partner concierge relies on objective criteria only: intervention area, availability, compatible property profile, public reviews, SIRENE seniority. No partner pays to rank higher.

Open licence on re-exported datasets
Chalon SIRENE directory, F and G rated dwellings, monthly reports: our datasets are published under the Etalab 2.0 Open Licence or CC BY 4.0 depending on the source. Attribution required, reuse free.
