Activity and business model
Go To Agency runs this site as a media outlet: dated public data on short-term rentals in Chalon-sur-Saône, a business directory drawn from the SIRENE register and a free email audit. The publisher manages no property, holds no mandate or client funds, and carries out no activity regulated by the French Hoguet Law of 2 January 1970.
The publisher intends to earn business-introduction commissions paid by professionals (concierge companies, firms), never by the property owner. As of the last update, no agreement has been signed: the site earns no commission and passes no request on to any third party.
Intellectual property and credits
The texts, layout, logo and illustrations of the site belong to Go To Agency unless stated otherwise. Public data used on the site remains under the French Open Licence 2.0 and its producers are named wherever it appears (DGFiP and Etalab for DVF sales, ADEME for energy assessments, INSEE for the SIRENE register). Figures attributed to AirDNA come from its public page and remain its property.
Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]; you may also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
Consumer mediation
The site sells no goods or services to consumers: the email audit is free. No consumer mediator has been appointed.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by French law; disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction under ordinary rules.
