Sub-processors

- Delivery of form e-mails · European Union (eu-west-3 region, Paris)
- Datalenk (GTA Go To Agency SAS, France)
- Audience measurement · Germany (EU), Hetzner servers
The site is served from a server in Germany and e-mails leave from Amazon SES's Paris region: the publisher itself transfers no personal data outside the European Union. Datalenk, the audience tool, is run by GTA Go To Agency SAS, a company registered in France, and keeps its data on Hetzner servers in Germany, never outside the European Union.
Security
- The whole site is served over HTTPS.
- No account, no password, no online payment.
- No prospect database: a request leaves by e-mail and is stored in no file on the site.
- In case of a data breach, notification to the CNIL within 72 hours and information of the people concerned when the risk requires it.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to [email protected]; answer within one month. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no advertising cookie and does no retargeting. Audience measurement relies on Datalenk, a script loaded from in.datalenk.com. This site uses it in its default mode: it writes no cookie and nothing to your browser's local storage, uses a short-lived identifier specific to each page load and measures nothing if your browser sends the Do Not Track signal. It receives your IP address, the address of the page and the information listed above.
The information banner stores your acknowledgement in the browser's local storage (key cc-cookie-ack): nothing is sent to a server and you can clear it at any time.
No automated decisions
No scoring, no profiling: every request received is read by a person.
Minors
The site is not aimed at children under 15 and knowingly collects no data about them.
