All published figures come from public sources: SIRENE INSEE business register, DVF Etalab real-estate transactions, ADEME energy ratings, Atout France classified properties, Wikidata. No proprietary, unaudited data.

Our revenue comes from a referral fee paid by concierge and service partners, never by the property owner. Statutory disclosure under article L. 121-1 of the French Consumer Code on every partner page.

Partner routing uses objective criteria only: intervention area, availability, property profile fit, public reviews, SIRENE seniority. No partner pays for better ranking.
