Are you a concierge company?
No. Chalon Conciergerie is a media platform: dated public data on short-term rentals in Chalon-sur-Saône, a business directory drawn from the SIRENE register and a free audit by e-mail. We manage no property: no listing, no guest welcome, no cleaning.
Does the owner pay anything?
No. The e-mail audit is free. The intended business model is a business-introduction commission paid by professionals, never by the owner; no agreement has been signed, so the site earns no commission.
Is my request passed on to a concierge company?
No. No agreement has been signed with a concierge company or any other professional: your request stays with the site publisher and is passed on to no one.
What does the free audit cover?

Where does your data come from?
From dated public sources: DVF sales (DGFiP and Etalab, files of 18 May 2026), the ADEME DPE database (updated 7 October 2026) and the INSEE SIRENE register (extraction of 3 August 2026), all under the French Open Licence 2.0. The one exception, labelled as such: the private AirDNA estimate (public page of 13 October 2026), whose model cannot be checked against public data.
